Hotel confirms the above non commissionable group rates plus 18.25% state and local taxes and a local Tourism Improvement District fee of $2 per room per night, in effect at the time of check in. Taxes are subject to change without notice. A credit card number or one night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be assessed.
