At the recent 29th MALTO (Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, and Oklahoma) 2024 meeting that was hosted by UAMS, Vijay Boda, a postdoctoral fellow in Pharmaceutical Sciences, was the awardee for the Ronald F. Borne Outstanding Postdoctoral Poster Presentation Award, winning for his research project entitled “Small Molecular Conjugates With Selective Estrogen Receptor & Agonism Promote Anti-aging Benefits In Metabolism And Skin Recovery.”
This award is for postdocs attending the MALTO meeting, and this was the first time in MALTO history that this award was given to a previous awardee, as Boda was the 2022 awardee for a different project.
