Rampurna Prasad Gullapalli obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (Memphis, TN ’93 Graduate) and MPharm in Pharmacology from Andhra University (Waltair, India). Prasad has over thirty years of experience working at various pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with expertise in the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of pharmaceutical dosage forms.

Currently, Prasad is a pharmaceutical consultant providing CMC and regulatory support for all phases of drug development. Earlier in his career, Prasad held various roles including Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Development at Iambic Therapeutics, Senior Director of CMC at Olema Oncology, Director of Formulations at Dart NeuroScience, and Vice President of Drug Delivery Technologies at Pharmaceutics International. Prasad is an inventor of 18 Patents/Applications and author of 30 Publications/Presentations and a Book Chapter. He played an Expert Witness role during Patent infringement cases.

Outside the regular work, Prasad enjoys hiking in the spectacular Californian geological wonderland filled with impressive mountains, lakes, and canyon lands.
