uthsc outstanding recent alumnus nomination

This annual award recognizes an outstanding graduate within the last 15 years (10 years for Pharmacy only) whose achievements have been significant to the UT Health Science Center, to the general welfare of his/her community and to his/her profession.

Selection Criteria

1. An alumna or alumnus of the UT Health Science Center, who graduated within the last 15 years who has been an outstanding ambassador for the UT Health Science Center through extraordinary service and contributions to his or her alma mater, profession, community, state and/or nation. NOTE: Pharmacy nominees must have graduated within last 10 years.
2. To be eligible for induction, recipients must agree to attend the award presentation.
3. The following individuals may not be considered for the award: deceased alumni (unless extraordinary qualifications or circumstances), elected officials and sitting judges, current employees of the University or one of its affiliated entities, and current Alumni Association officers.
4. Nominees who are not selected are removed from consideration after three years unless they are re-nominated. Re-nominations are encouraged by the Alumni Association.
