2020 Recent Alumnus Award Winner
Dr. Eudaley is an assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Translational Science at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy and also holds an adjunct faculty appointment in the Department of Family Medicine in the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine.
She practices with the inpatient Family Medicine service as a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. She is also involved in medication therapy optimization initiatives in the outpatient Family Medicine resident clinic.
Dr. Eudaley received a Bachelor of Science Degree from East Tennessee State University in 2005, and a PharmD from the UTHSC College of Pharmacy in 2009. Following graduation, Dr. Eudaley completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, followed by a PGY2 Pharmacotherapy specialty residency with the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and University of Tennessee Medical Center. Prior to joining the faculty at her alma mater in 2016, she held full-time faculty positions at schools of pharmacy in Alabama and Florida with practice sites in inpatient adult medicine.
Dr. Eudaley is actively involved in pharmacy resident education. She currently serves as the residency program for the 24-month pharmacotherapy residency program, a joint effort between UTHSC and the College of Pharmacy, and the co-director of the statewide Teaching and Learning Program. Her teaching responsibilities within the College of Pharmacy include course director for the pulmonary therapeutics module and the ambulatory care elective, a course that is delivered synchronously on all campuses using team-based learning. She also teaches in the cardiology and infectious diseases modules, and serves as a rotation preceptor for third and fourth year students.
Throughout her time as a faculty member, Dr. Eudaley has been recognized for her teaching, most recently receiving the 2018 Full-Time Faculty Preceptor of the Year from the College of Pharmacy.
She is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and is currently serving a two-year term as secretary/treasurer for the Education and Training PRN. Her areas of interest include interdisciplinary education, pharmacy education, anticoagulation, respiratory diseases, and antimicrobial stewardship.
