On August 8, 2024, the college welcomed back our PharmD students after a well-deserved summer break.
The college also welcomed the Class of 2028 as they began their journey at UT Health Science Center. Their orientation week included a faculty luncheon, campus tour, and dinner at the world-famous Rendezvous hosted by Walgreens.

2024 Graduates by theNumbers
- Seventy-eight students from the class of 2024 matched for postgraduate year-one residencies to once again be third in the nation for the number of students landing these coveted spots.
- Ninety-seven percent of the graduates seeking jobs and aiming to enter the workforce were licensed and practicing within three months after graduating in May 2024.
- Ninety percent of 2024 graduates had job offers before graduation day.
